For this Ume-shu, we use Kamonishiki’s
premium sake and Tohgoro plums grown in
Kameda, Niigata, where is famous for production
of plums. The Ume-shu has natural sweetness
and sourness as plums, yet smooth and
refreshing taste. Serve cold and straight, or
on the rocks.
When sake is filtered, its color becomes clearer;
however the taste becomes weaker at the same time.
The natural taste of this sake is preserved because it is
not strictly filtered.Enjoy its rich and full-bodied flavor.
